"I submitted documents for my MOU. What happens next?"
Once your documents have been submitted, the Business Department will review them. After all required documents are completed and submitted, they will undergo a final review process. Upon approval, you will receive a finalized copy of the MOU for your records.
"I don’t have my Medicaid letter. How can I obtain a copy?"
To obtain a copy of your Medicaid approval letter, contact the Service Line Manage for IIC & BA services. You can find their contact information by reaching out to ASKdcf@dcf.nj.gov.
"What should I do if I introduce a new service or update my pricing?"
If you have a new service or your prices have changed, please email an updated Services and Rates sheet to the Resource Development Manager. They will review your submission and provide guidance on the next steps.
"What should I do if I have new staff?"
Please update your staff listing on ResourceNet. All IIC, IIH, and ISS service providers must update their Provider Module to ensure new staff members are reflected in the Dashboard used by Care Managers to find qualified professionals.
Once your update is complete, or if you need assistance, you can email our Resource Development Manager/Resource Development Specialist (RDM/RDS) to share the changes with our team.
"Where can I find the CFC Staff Listing?"
The CFC Staff Listing is included at the bottom of the Monthly Service Provider Newsletter, which is updated regularly. You can sign up to receive the newsletter through the Middlesex ResourceNet.
"How can I communicate with CFC? Are mass emails allowed?"
Mass emails to CFC are not permitted. However, you can directly email the Resource Development Manager (RDM) or Resource Development Specialist (RDS) with any concerns, promotions, or relevant updates. They will address your inquiries and share information as needed.
"How can I present information about my agency to CFC staff?"
We encourage providers to maintain and regularly update their ResourceNet (RN) page. You can include videos, presentations, and brochures on your RN page, as this is the primary platform used by our staff and enrollees to view and evaluate services that best meet their needs. This is an effective way to showcase your agency to CFC and the community.
"Can I drop off marketing materials?"
We encourage you to keep your ResourceNet page current, as it is the primary resource our staff uses to learn about providers. CFC staff also appreciates receiving small quantities of promotional materials, marketing items, or treats, which can help introduce your agency in a personal and engaging way.
