This is a supportive therapy group for adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, over-responsibility, or disconnection, often rooted in past relational or family experiences. Through guided reflection and practical tools, members learn to reconnect with their needs, build boundaries, and develop a more grounded, authentic sense of self.

Clinical Overview and OCD Case Study
Join us for a series of informative sessions on how InStride Health delivers effective, evidence-based treatment for children, teens, and young adults with anxiety and OCD. We’ll explore our therapeutic approach, including CBT and exposure therapy, and walk through presentation-specific case studies.

Participation in the EPIC program empowers parents with greater confidence, a more positive view of their parenting role, stronger interactions, and improved relationships with their children—along with practical skills that grow with their family. As a result, children are better prepared for school and equipped for long-term personal success.

This program serves children ages 7-17 (18 if still in high school) who have lost a parent, guardian, sibling, or friend. This camp will include a separate, optional parent overnight weekend program.
